What The Wood Roaster say
A coffee that evolves in the cup, revealing layers of fruit, sweetness, and floral elegance.
Jammy fruit flavours of peach and blackcurrant dominate the cup with wine-like, phosphoric acidity. Caramelised sugar notes round the cup, but you can also expect a pleasant savoury herbaceous undertone. Complex tomato-like sweetness balances out the crisp acidity with faint florals of hibiscus and jasmine as the coffee cools.
