Our decaf undergoes the 'Sugar Cane Decaf' process, a unique process where the caffeine is extracted using a natural bi-product of sugar cane. This bi-product is mixed with water and the beans are allowed to soak in the mixture. This process leaves a lot of sweetness in the coffee, meaning the flavour closely matches its caffeinated counterparts.
