Two origins, two roast levels, one blend. 50:50 brings together Ethiopian and Indian lots — one roasted light, one roasted dark — to create something balanced and full-bodied. Strength sits at 4/5.

The split roast approach gives 50:50 its character. The lighter half brings brightness and fruit, the darker half brings body and depth. Together they meet in the middle — rich without being heavy, complex without being fussy. Works as espresso, flat white, or anything in between.
