This blend offers a rich and complex flavour profile with notes of chocolate, warm spices, vanilla, and honey, finishing with a smooth and lingering sweetness. Sourced from three renowned origins—Indonesia (Sumatra Mandheling), Ethiopia (Limu), and Brazil (Mogiana)—it combines the bold, earthy depth of Sumatra, the floral brightness of Ethiopian beans, and the balanced sweetness of Brazil. The varietals include Bergendahl, Djember, Ateng Catimor, Java, Heirloom, Arara, Yellow Caturra, Red Caturra, and Mundo Novo, each contributing unique characteristics to the cup. A mix of wet-hulled, washed, and natural processing methods further enhances the coffee’s depth, complexity, and harmony.
