Our Decaf is built on Catuai and Typica varieties , carefully decaffeinated using the Mountain Water Process .

Using pure water sourced from Pico de Orizaba in Mexico , this natural method removes caffeine while preserving the integrity of the bean — no chemicals, no compromise. Just clean, full flavour.

Peak Enjoyment:

10–30 days after roast

Espresso

20g dose → 40ml yield → ~30 seconds

Milk-Based

23g dose → 40ml yield → ~30 seconds → milk to taste

Filter / Pour Over

17g coffee → 250ml water

40g bloom (30s) → ~2 min total brew
