This delicious and caffeine free coffee delivers flavours of brown sugar, malt and citrus. The innovative Sugarcane Decaffeination Process preserves maximum flavour while selectively extracting the caffeine using a natural by-product of sugarcane fermentation.

The Sugarcane Process uses a by-product of sugarcane molasses fermentation and a compound that is naturally present in wine and many fruits, to selectively extract the caffeine from the coffee while preserving its flavour and aroma.

This coffee features the Castillo and Caturra varietals, grown in the fertile soils of the Huila region in Colombia.
