What Hark Coffee say

Cold Brew: try a 1:20 ratio of coffee to water and let it sit for 12-18 hours

Use a 1:20 ratio of dry coffee to room temperature water in your cold brew system. Agitate thoroughly to ensure all coffee grounds are wet and no clumps are present. Put it into a fridge for 12-24 hours and enjoy the most delicious cold brew.

Tip : Try not to agitate it once it enters the fridge otherwise you introduce incoctencies. A good cold brew system will ensure grinds are suspended in the water, not just resting on the bottom.

Colombia is one of the most well known origins for coffee. The flavour profile of a Colombian is so identifiable for its consistency and unique balance of acidity and body.

We wanted to honour that and we've never been able to take it off our shelves as there might just be a revolt.

A flexible, one of a kind all rounder that delivers in both the chocolate notes and acidity that dances on top of a standout body.
