Fitzroy Street

Fitzroy Street is our signature blend and the house espresso at our original roastery & cafe in Fitzroy. It's the OG Industry Beans blend, which we have evolved and modernised over time.

Fitzroy Street brings together three single origins from Timor-Leste, Uganda and Laos. Each year, we update each component with a fresh crop, sometimes from the same origin and sometimes new, with the goal of maintaining a consistent flavour profile with fresh coffee, all year round. Fitzroy Street is equally delicious black and with milk, with its bright acidity, dark fruit notes and smooth finish making it a versatile blend fit for any purpose.

Fitzroy Street is a light-medium roast blend that makes for a vibrant espresso brew, or a stronger filter brew. It tastes great with milk, and as a black coffee. Fitzroy Street has a roast intensity of 7/10, and is a guaranteed crowd pleaser.

Sourced from smallholder farms in the Ermera region of Timor-Leste, where traditional shade-grown practices are widely used. It brings the blend's berry notes and creamy, chocolate body.

Sourced from various areas, including the eastern region of Mount Elgon, Bugisu is a highly sought after coffee. This particular lot contributes to the blend's round body and sweet aftertaste.

Spread over the three districts of Paksong, Laongam and Thateng, 1855 smallholders make up the Bolaven Plateau Coffee Producers Cooperative. This lot enhances the blend's brown sugar sweetness.

Each of our blends has been sourced and roasted to deliver a different flavour profile, so we're sure you'll find something that suits you best. At the top of each product description, you'll see three icons indicating roast intensity, style and personality - start there!

That's completely up to you! Freshly ground coffee will always deliver more flavour, but if you don't have a coffee grinder we'll grind your order the day it's shipped to ensure it gets to you as fresh as possible.

The coffee has been roasted within 1-3 days of it being sent to you. We find our coffee starts tasting it's best around 10 days after roasting, and up to 28 days if stored well. We know you might be enjoying it sooner than that, but good things come to those who wait! We will pack and send your order the next business day after you place it.

Our coffee subscriptions are self-managed with no commitment - simply select your desired quantity and frequency and you're up and running! Every subscription order receives an automatic 10% discount, which grows to 15% over time, and you'll have access to a customer portal to make any changes you like along the way.
