Origin story
Many painstakingly delicious tastings later and the crew at the Jasper Coffee Roastery recommend trying Santos brewed in a Plunger, Filter, or through an Espresso Machine at 92 degrees Celsius. These methods will accentuate the natural characteristics that had us hooked from the first taste. The front riesling pitch and good body, with seductive caramelised baked potatoes, pulls right through any milk base.
