Full of strong earthy, nutty flavours that linger on the palate, we use only the best Brazilian Minas Beans.
We are one of the only roasters in Sydney to use traditional stone grinders imported from Eastern Europe for all our European Speciality Coffee.
Not only does it improve the flavour of the coffee its ground so fine you could mistake it for powder.
