This coffee is sweet, praline, with hints of fruit, chocolate, nougat, and soft cherry. It is mild, smooth and round. Cerrado coffee is clean with a good body (creamy mouthfeel), low acidity, well-balanced, and often exhibiting a nutty and even a slightly caramel flavour.

Brazilian coffees make excellent bases for blends, particularly in espresso. It will add body and sweetness to your blend and helps form a magnificent crema in your espresso. Brazil Cerrado coffee can also be served as a single origin.

The aroma displays spice and nuts. Great for espresso, lattes, cappuccino and more. Big nutty flavours, as well as caramel and chocolate. The body has a wonderful flavour, is smooth and syrupy with low acidity. The finish gives a genuinely nice lingering caramel flavour. Excellent body, smooth and lingering finish. Awesome cup with great complexity.
We roast this high-quality Brazilian bean to a medium level. Enough to bring out an ample, smooth body with a nutty flavour. This coffee is also excellent for blending.
