The Mocha/Java tradition dates back centuries, when roasters blended low‑acid, thick‑bodied Sumatran beans with bright, sweet Ethiopian coffees. The result was a cup with greater complexity, chocolate infusion, and a flavor spectrum unmatched by single origins alone.
