Named after the regional capital, Popayan, this coffee hails from Colombia's Cauca region where the typical coffee farm is less than 5 hectares.

Terroir, altitude and processing techniques produce coffees with medium acidity, medium body, and a pleasant, sweet, chocolate aftertaste.
