Popayan Reserve

Popayán is located in the department of Cauca. The region’s landscape is ideal for growing great coffee — the area sits on a plateau protected by the Andes, which keeps the climate steady and perfect for producing consistently high-quality beans.

The result is a beautifully balanced coffee that’s smooth, easy to drink, and naturally sweet. Expect gentle hints of caramel and soft floral notes, nothing overpowering — just a really clean, well-rounded cup that suits almost everyone.

The so-called Meseta de Popayan is sheltered by the Andesmountain range which helps generate homogeneous climatic and altitudinal characteristics. The result is a balanced cupprofile with floral and caramel notes.
