This gentle, natural method uses ethyl acetate — a compound found in fruit — to draw out caffeine while keeping the flavour we love. The result is a clean, sweet cup that tastes like coffee should, just without the buzz.

We roast every Monday and Tuesday (including Public Holidays). We pack and send every Tuesday, Wednesday. All orders placed between Thursday and Monday are dispatched the next week to make sure when the coffee arrives it is a fresh as possible.
