The O.G. Blend

The O.G. Blend is all about balance, depth, and drinkability, built for everyday enjoyment. Thoughtfully layered, yet effortlessly enjoyable — no matter how you take it.

At the top is Grade 1 Ethiopia Birhan, bringing light floral aromatics and a bright, citrusy lift. San Cristobal adds malty sweetness, giving the cup roundness and warmth. Anchoring it all is Brazil, delivering a rich chocolate body and a smooth, creamy finish. The result is a full-bodied, well-structured coffee that tastes great black and pairs beautifully with milk.

We source coffees that showcase origin and the work of the farmers behind them. Rather than setting prices ourselves, we buy at rates set by producers or processing groups—often above commercial or fair trade levels. This helps ensure fair pay and reflects our commitment to supporting the coffee supply chain responsibly.

We roast every Monday and Tuesday (including Public Holidays). We pack and send every Tuesday, Wednesday. All orders placed between Thursday and Monday are dispatched the next week to make sure when the coffee arrives it is a fresh as possible.
