El Indio Colombian Filter Coffee
Our current filter coffee, El Indio, is an easy-drinking but beautifully expressive Colombian coffee, roasted especially for filter brewing. It offers a bright, fruit-forward cup with enough body and sweetness to make it approachable, while still giving plenty of character for those who enjoy a more complex black coffee.
Expect a wine-like fruit quality, layered with smooth dark chocolate and a lively citrus acidity reminiscent of blood orange and grapefruit. The result is a clean and juicy filter coffee with a refreshing finish and a gentle depth that keeps each cup interesting.
El Indio works beautifully as a pour-over, batch brew, AeroPress or black filter coffee. As it cools, the fruit notes become more pronounced, with the citrus brightness lifting the cup and the dark chocolate adding balance and structure.
A fantastic option for anyone who enjoys a bright, clean and easy-drinking Colombian filter coffee.
