What King Carlos Coffee say
About Mexico Single Origin Coffee
Cherry, dark chocolate, and a hazelnut finish — a surprisingly complex Mexican single origin.
Mexico is a single origin specialty coffee from the highland regions of Mexico. Roasted weekly at our Hurstville roastery in Sydney. Often overlooked in favour of South American neighbours, well-sourced Mexican coffee delivers a unique combination of fruit brightness, chocolate depth, and roasted nut sweetness. Worth a spot on the bench.
- Cherry sweetness in the aroma and finish
- Dark chocolate body, rich and rounded
- Hazelnut on the finish, warm and nutty
Best for
Espresso and milk drinks — the chocolate-hazelnut profile pairs beautifully with milk. Filter brewing brings out more of the cherry brightness. Home espresso machines that want something different to the standard Colombian or Brazilian profile. For drinkers who want quality without paying microlot prices.
