Our award-winning house blend, refined since 2017.

Re Firma is our flagship medium roast blend, roasted weekly at our Hurstville roastery in Sydney. Built for milk drinks but holds up clean as a black filter or pour-over. The recipe has been refined over 10+ years of running busy cafés across Sydney's south.

- Dark chocolate and cocoa depth

- Berry sweetness with a gentle fruit lift

- Brown sugar finish, syrupy and long

Best for Daily flat whites, lattes, cappuccinos and piccolos. Home baristas who want a forgiving dial-in. Cafés needing a milk-friendly blend that customers come back for. Also works as a black coffee if you enjoy a classic chocolatey profile.

- Sweetness: Brown sugar, berry

Brewing recipes

- Espresso: 22g in, 44g out, 28-32 seconds

- Filter / pour-over: 1:16 ratio (60g per litre), medium grind, 94°C water, 3:30-4 minute brew
