Santa Monica is a Geisha variety from a single producer, honey processed for sweetness and clarity. Roasted weekly at our Hurstville roastery in Sydney. This is a coffee for filter drinkers who chase complexity - lulo (lulu) fruit, lime brightness, and an unusual condensed-milk sweetness in the cup.

Best for

Filter coffee drinkers who want something unusual. V60, Chemex, AeroPress, batch brew. Anyone who has graduated past chocolate-blend espresso and wants to taste what specialty coffee can really do. Best enjoyed black to experience the full lulo-lime-condensed-milk arc.

- Filter / V60: 1:16 ratio (60g per litre), medium grind, 94-96°C water, 3:30 brew time

- AeroPress: 17g coffee, 220g water at 85°C, 2 minute steep, gentle plunge

- Chemex / batch brew: 1:17 ratio, medium-coarse grind, 95°C water
