What Patricia Coffee Brewers say
Patricia Coffee | House Espresso - Fazenda Progresso, Brazil
Patricia Coffee Brewers' Seasonal House Espresso "Fazenda Progresso "
We have purchased coffee from Fazenda Progresso every year that we've been roasting. The Borré family moved to the Chapada Diamantina in 1984 and built their business on potatoes before the youngest son, Fabiano, planted coffee in 2005 and made it his own. The farm is now in its third generation of family hands, and the Borrés put a good deal back into the place around it: a school and medical centre in the village where most of their workers live, and a competition that rewards the smallholders in the surrounding towns.
We roast and dispatch subsequent orders on the day they come in, or on the first roast day after that.
This is the coffee we use all day, every day, in store at Patricia Coffee Brewers
