Our partners in Guaxupé, SMC, helped organize the perfect blend to represent these regions. Each of these producers are members of the large cooperative, Cooxupé. This program is helping coffee growers gain access to the specialty market.. Flavours include a smooth body with a grapefruit and berry acidity carries through to a dark chocolate finish.
