Haymaker is a smooth, medium roast espresso blend that's all about balance and elegance. It's got a silky mouthfeel, and flavours of creamy caramel, sweet orange, and honeyed apple. It's a refined and consistently delicious blend.

Haymaker is an incredibly versatile blend. It shines with milk, and is equally delicious enjoyed black. Its smooth body and subtle sweetness create a creamy, balanced cup with no bitterness. So whether you're making an espresso, long black, or a milk coffee such as a latte or flat white, Haymaker is a great option.

Haymaker is roasted for espresso, but it's a flexible all rounder. It's excellent in home espresso machines, moka pots, and french press. If you like a slightly more full-bodied filter coffee, it's also a great option made with Aeropress and Moccamaster. If you enjoy a well rounded, medium-bodied coffee, you'll get great results.

Haymaker sits right in the middle of the strength scale. It's a bit smoother and lighter than our bolder blends like Shadow Boxer or Midnight Marauder, but it still has plenty of flavour and depth. It has a creamy texture, gentle power, and a balanced finish.
