Finca La Asunta is a single-origin Bolivian filter coffee from Jhonny Corina's eight-hectare farm in the La Asunta municipality of La Paz, grown at 1,500 metres in a tropical, humid climate with nutrient-rich soils and an intercropping system of leguminous forest trees that supports long-term soil health. Jhonny has farmed the land since 2015, cultivating over 16,000 coffee trees across varieties including Java, Gesha, and Castillo alongside citrus trees and native plants. Processed using the washed method to highlight the Java variety's natural sweetness and structure, this filter roast delivers a clean, balanced cup with smooth chocolate depth, juicy nectarine stone fruit.
