Kamwangi AA

Sparkling acidity with a fruit-like sweetness.

From the Kamwangi Factory in northeast Kirinyaga, managed by the New Ngariama Farmers Cooperative Society. Around 985 members deliver cherry here, each farming 200–250 trees. Depulped on disc machines, fermented 24–28 hours, washed in grading channels, then the top grades get an additional 12–24 hour soak before drying on raised beds for 9–13 days.
