Singular Roasters

Singular Roasters roasts in Perth, north of the river, and also runs a cafe and sells coffee retail. A small team of coffee fanatics works there. Most of the beans are single origins, with Ethiopian natural lots from Guji and washed coffees from Kenya, Costa Rica and Bolivia. The Black Vanilla Espresso Blend is a Brazilian natural with milk chocolate, vanilla and berry notes. Decaf De Caña, from Huila in Colombia, carries blueberry, caramel and dark chocolate notes. Other roasters also sell coffee from Jhonny Corina, Esaias Beriso Arere and Gizaw's washing station.
