What Willy's Beans Coffee Roastery say
JASMINE | CINNAMON | FRENCH VANILLA | NUTMEG
This rare Maragogipe showcases spice, florals, and silky body — a beautifully exotic coffee experience unlike any other.
Known as the elephant bean, Maragogipe is a rare Arabica variety that produces exceptionally large and porous beans — prized for their delicate complexity and elegant structure. This 88+ scored coffee, cultivated by Andrés Londoño on a high-altitude farm in Colombia’s Central Andes, is one of the most exotic releases in our lineup.
Grown between 1750–1810 MASL and processed using a yellow honey oxygenated fermentation method, this lot brings out vibrant florals, warm spice, and silky texture. Best enjoyed as a slow pour over after lunch, it delivers a layered cup with notes of jasmine, cinnamon, French vanilla, nutmeg, and a velvety mouthfeel that lingers.
As with all Willy’s Beans exotic microlots, Elephant Maragogipe is Rainforest Alliance certified, roasted lightly, and sourced from a traceable single estate micro-lot — ensuring a true farm-to-cup experience.
