What Willy's Beans Coffee Roastery say
HONEY | FIGS | ROASTED ALMONDS | PASSIONFRUIT | CARAMELISED NUTS
One of Colombia’s most elegant and flavour-packed filter coffees – limited release.
Vanilla Tabi is a rare and expressive Colombian coffee grown by third-generation farmer Andrés Londoño on the celebrated Manantiales del Frontino Estate in Valle del Cauca. Cultivated at 1700–1800 MASL and processed with an extended double fermentation, this coffee reveals stunning flavour clarity and silky balance.
Designed specifically for filter brewing, Vanilla Tabi offers a refined cup profile of honey, figs, roasted almonds, passionfruit, and caramelised nuts. The result is a complex, clean, and juicy brew that lingers with sweet, structured depth.
This lot is a testament to Andrés’ commitment to sustainability, agro-ecology, and progressive fermentation — setting a new standard for Colombian specialty coffee.
