What Five Senses Coffee say

Silky and complex cranberry, papaya & tropical fruits.

---

The name ‘Kurinji’ comes from a flower native to the Shevaroy Hills that blossoms only once every 12 years. Riverdale Estate has been a family farm for over a century, a proud heritage carried on by brothers Prakashan & Mohan. Prakashan and Mohan Balaraman took over their family farm in 2005 and redeveloped it from the ground up to accommodate the growing appetite for specialty coffee in India. Situated high in the Shevaroy Hills of the Eastern Ghats of Tamil Nadu. Natural spring water flows through the estate and is surrounded by a forest reserve rich in biodiversity and wildlife, with Indian bison (gaur), monkeys and peacocks living in the forest. This aerobic natural was fermented for 72 hours to achieve a vibrant boozy sweetness with notes of cranberry, papaya & tropical fruits.
