Chérie Ripe is a Garage Roasters proprietary blend paying homage to the classic Cherry RIpe confectionary. It is a blend of a Colombian mossto ferment, a natural Ethiopian, and a washed Guatemalan. This blend bursts with the flavours of sour Maraschino cherry, milk chocolate and dark chocolate. It's delightful and amazing and we think it really does mimic the flavour of Cherry Ripe!
