Garage Roasters

Garage Roasters roasts in Croydon, in the Inner West of Sydney, and started in 2012 on a small electric drum roaster. Larger roasters followed in 2015 and 2022. Most of the beans are medium roasts for espresso, with blends and single origins in about equal measure. The Kochere Carbonic Grade 1 Girma Bekele Lot is an anaerobic Ethiopian with peach, jasmine and mango notes. A Colombian decaf is on the shelf too. Other roasters also sell coffee from Volcan Azul, Girma Bekele and Hacienda La Esperanza.
