Grown in the cool highlands of Santa Rosa, Honduras, this Bourbon variety takes its time to ripen — and you can taste it. Think Nutella on warm toast, a hint of peach, raisin sweetness, and a finish that lingers with honey. Clean, balanced, and completely approachable.
The farms behind this coffee are part of Oscar Gonzalez’s mill network, supporting over 1,500 smallholder farmers who are rewarded for growing great fruit. When you buy this one, it goes further than your cup.
Best served black. No milk required — just trust the process.
