About the Lot
Only the ripest cherries are hand-selected before undergoing a carefully controlled 30-hour underwater fermentation. The coffee is then washed, slowly dried and meticulously prepared to preserve its elegant floral character, vibrant sweetness and exceptional clarity in the cup.
