What We're Tasting: A soft Blackberry body with notes of plum and dark chocolates, a floral nose and a lime zest finish.
Grown in the hills of the Santa Monica farm in Armenia Colombia, Jairo Arcila overseas the production of the crops of this micro lot. The cherries are hand picked by trusted farmers and processed on their farm grounds sorting and grading is done by removing any defected beans and then are naturally dried on raised beds and temperature controlled until the ideal moisture content is achieved.
The Java bean is now grown in other regions around the globe such as Colombia and Costa Rica.
