About Constance Coffee
Our coffee buyer, roaster and general coffee expert, Ciaran started roasting in 2009, and has worked in both existing high volume commercially focused coffee roasters and more recently in boutique specialty start-ups, his experience is wide-ranging, having experienced and developed some of Melbourne’s finest coffee.
We started roasting as Constance during lockdown in February 2021, after years of learning and careful planning. After conducting rigorous tasting and blend design, we are proud to share them with you alongside a sparkling selection of single origin coffees.
