What Margaret River Roasting Co say
Kimani AB is grown by smallholder farmers across Nyeri and Kirinyaga, delivered to cooperative mills at up to 2,200 metres in Kenya's rich red volcanic soils. Cherries are pulped, fermented, and washed by hand, then dried slowly on raised African beds.
The cup is bright and layered. Blackcurrant leads with a juicy, tea-like acidity, joined by a fragrant lift of Earl Grey and a warm streak of toffee apple lingering on the finish.
Best served black. No milk required — just trust the process.
