About Central Coast Coffee
In 2012, Graeme Evans embarked on his roasting journey, introducing specialty coffee to the coast and shipping it across Australia. In 2023, he passed the torch to his son Rhys and daughter-in-law Katrina. Together, they have expanded our coffee selection, curating a range of high-quality brands and coffee equipment that complement our roasted offerings. We roast weekly and take pride in staying abreast of industry trends

We are located on the Central Coast of NSW at Somersby, right off the M1 freeway halfway between Sydney and Newcastle.
We are not a large roasting company purchasing commodity coffees. This gives us the ability to focus primarily on top-quality green coffee that is ethically sourced. Because of our size, we can offer a variety of single origin coffees from around the world that exhibit unique characteristics and display flavours specific to their region.
We love to roast coffee. All coffee's are carefully cupped and profiled before offering them for sale.
Our coffee is roasted only to order in small batches (check our event calender for upcoming roast days). Your Coffee is then packaged immediately to preserve freshness, and shipped with tracking & signature via Australia Posts eparcel service.
We are passionate about helping you brew exceptional coffee at home and you are welcome to book in a class with us to further your skills and tasting pallet.
