Maxima Coffee Roasters

Maxima Coffee Roasters roasts in Ettalong Beach, in the Central Coast area of NSW. Maxima uses a drum roaster and controls the temperature profile to balance roast time with flavour development. Most of the beans in stock are blends, and Colombia and Guatemala feature in several of them. The Ettalong is a medium roast for espresso with a smooth body, crema and chocolatey tones. Supremo, Dark is a medium dark Colombian single origin with almond and walnut, sweet spicy floral notes and a caramel to chocolate finish.
