It’s a harmonious blend of organic and fair trade coffees from Peru (Kontiki), Colombia (Co Fair Trade), and Ethiopia (Yirgacheffe G4), each contributing distinct regional character. The blend is composed primarily of Caturra, Typica, Bourbon, and Colombia varietals, offering depth, sweetness, and complexity. A mix of washed and natural processing methods brings clarity and fruit-forward vibrancy to this smooth and well-balanced cup.
