Fox Coffee

Fox Coffee roasts in Geebung, in the Brisbane area, and began in 2016. The roaster runs a 60kg IMF machine and has an in-house kitchen and bakery. Blends and single origins make up equal shares of the beans, with single origins from Costa Rica, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico and Honduras. Finca Las Quebraditas is a washed Huila coffee from Colombia with white peach, lychee and rose blossom notes. Alto San Juan is a natural from Tarrazú with berry liqueur, grapefruit and fruit punch notes. Other roasters also sell coffee from Luis Anibal Calderon, Mr. Ocholo Bedecho and Finca Las Quebraditas.
