The Town Roaster

The Town Roaster roasts in Kyneton, Victoria, on a Giesen roaster inside the store. The roaster buys straight from producers. Most of the beans are roasted for espresso, and single origins from Colombia and Ethiopia make up most of the list. Bowicha is a light-roast Ethiopian natural with almond, peach and milk chocolate notes. Popayan Decaf is a Colombian decaf with chocolate sweetness. Other roasters also sell coffee from Elkin Guzman, Irene del Socorro Sosa and Finca Aurora Machaca.
