Bench Coffee Co. roasts in Brunswick, in Melbourne's Inner North, and was founded in 2014. The roaster runs five shops. Most of the beans in stock are single origins from Ethiopia, Colombia, Peru and Kenya, alongside blends of Colombian and Ethiopian coffees. Buku Abel is a natural Ethiopian from Guji with yellow nectarine, blood orange and a black tea finish. Mbokam is a washed Kenyan with pink grapefruit, red currant and brown sugar sweetness. Other roasters also sell coffee from Linarco Rodriguez, Ayla washing station and Buku Washing Station.
