El Parche

El Parche roasts in Coburg, Melbourne, and runs a café there as well. The beans come from South and Central America, with Colombia at the heart of it. Most of the beans in stock are single origins, and Colombia is the most common country, followed by Bolivia. Los Rodriguez is a medium roast from Caranavi, Bolivia, with anaerobic processing and notes of milk chocolate, plum and caramel. Wilder Lazo - Gesha is a washed Huila coffee at $23 per 100g, with cherry blossom, stone fruit and apricot notes. Other roasters also sell coffee from Fazenda Progresso, Sara Gutierrez and Wilder Lazo.
