KoKo Coffee Roasters

KoKo Coffee Roasters has roasted in Mermaid Beach, on the Gold Coast, since 2016. The roaster buys from farms across Indonesia, Africa and the Americas, and works with growers on how the coffee is processed. Most of the beans are single origins, and many are natural or fermented. Corazón de Jesús Taka Geisha from Costa Rica costs $80 per 100g and has notes of pink rose, strawberry candy and peach. Sleepy Bear Decaf comes from Chiapas, Mexico. Other roasters also sell coffee from Labareda, Antonio Mamani and Baroida Estate.
