La Casa del Caffe is a family-owned roaster in Minto, NSW, started in 1984 and now run by its third generation. Beans are roasted in batches each day. Most of the stock is blends, with medium roasts leading and a fair few set up for espresso. Italian Blend is medium dark and full in body, with chocolate, caramelised sugar and spice. Finca Kassandra is a Mexican single origin with cherry, dark chocolate and hazelnut notes. A Colombian decaf is nutty and sweet. Other roasters also sell coffee from Finca Kassandra.
