Boneo Road Roasters roasts small batches in Rosebud on the Mornington Peninsula. The roasting supplies Elements Eatery, a venue the roaster also runs, and the beans come straight from growers around the world. Everything in stock is a medium roasted blend that suits espresso or filter. The Exhilarate blends combine Brazilian, Peruvian, Colombian and Ethiopian coffees, with notes of caramel and a smooth, full body. One version of Exhilarate is a decaf made from Brazilian, Kenyan and Peruvian coffees.
