Roast Lab

Roast Lab has roasted in Epping, in the Melbourne area, since 2013. The owners run their own coffee farm and offer barista training and brewing support, and the blends are tailored for cafés. Most of the beans in stock are blends, with single origins from Colombia, India, Nicaragua and Ethiopia beside them. Riverdale Estate Pineapple Process from Tamil Nadu is experimental, with notes of blackcurrant, lime and ripe pineapple. Julio Madrid Pink Bourbon from Huila is a natural with silk body, caramel and blackberry jam notes. Other roasters also sell coffee from Riverdale Estate, Julio Cesar Madrid and Claudia Lovo.
