Sunshine Social roasts at Sunshine Beach in Queensland. It started in 2004 as Costa Noosa, and Ben Clark now owns it after moving from Melbourne in 2022. Blends outnumber single origins. Lucila Fernandez is from Las Flores in Honduras with notes of peach, spice, floral and blackcurrant. Sakoko is a natural from Ermera in Timor-Leste that tastes of lychees, pink marshmallow, cacao and watermelon. El Motmot is a decaf from Chiapas, Mexico. Other roasters also sell coffee from Finca Los Nacimientos.
