Rubra Coffee roasts in O'Connor, south of the river in Perth, and started in 2004. Tea, chocolate and chai products sit alongside the coffee. Most of the beans are single origins from Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala, Mexico, Kenya, Peru, Tanzania and Timor-Leste. Kenya is a washed coffee from Central Kenya with blackcurrant and juicy sweet acidity. Soul is a medium roast blend for espresso or filter with spiced dried fruit and subtle smokiness.
