What Red Mud Coffee Roasters say
Walkers Farm combines specialty beans from Brazil, Indonesia, and Nicaragua, roasted to a smooth medium-dark profile.
The flavour is layered, with notes of chocolate, caramel, and dried fruit, finishing with subtle butterscotch notes.
It’s a versatile brew; rich enough to hold its character with milk, yet balanced and beautiful when enjoyed black.
And if you’re wondering, the name “Walkers Farms” comes from the land where our roastery now stands: the former dairy site of Walker’s Farm in Maleny.
A nod to local history and the place where Red Mud began.
Our roaster developed this blend with one goal in mind: create a coffee people reach for every day.
The result is a balanced, dependable cup that works just as well for a quiet morning ritual as it does for a mid-morning break.
This blend pairs perfectly with milk and, for those who prefer their coffee without milk, it is equally beautiful as a black brew.
Walkers Farm is excellent brewed as espresso, stovetop or plunger.
Simply put, we roast great coffee. Our coffee lovers tell us that the reason they choose Red Mud is that they consistently get freshly roasted, high-quality coffee along with an experience of connection and personal care.
Red Mud started out as a local, family owned roastery with over 15 years experience in the coffee industry.
